What We Belive

The people who come through our programs are learning more than technique. Sport is the structure. The real work is underneath it:

  • Discipline — returning to practice when the results aren't there yet.

  • Humility — receiving correction without it becoming shame.

  • Self-actualization — recognizing the distance between who you are and who you're capable of becoming, and moving toward it.

  • Self-identity — arriving at your own definition of yourself. Not the one handed to you.

These aren't byproducts of athletic training, they're the reason for it.
